How Smoking Happens and How to Stop it

    It was a new day for me to go to exam with a bottle of water, my bag on my shoulder and without the last thing I used to take with me before. The Cigarette Pack!

But actually it wasn't about the process, but the state of mind. I learned that smoking is not initiated by the urge of some little guy who is waiting inside your lungs or brain for some smoke to get pleasure. It is actually about what you THINK and what is going on in your mind. Getting up in the morning and telling yourself you will not smoke anymore starting from that day is not gonna work actually. Your day must be on the same pace and thoughts as before with only one thing missing which is smoking. Just act like you never smoked and it's completely normal for you. Imagine you were not even thinking about the cigarettes and your friends never offer you any. Imagine it's just another usual day and maybe it's even another routine. You will see great results after that.
I decided to stop smoking and to try what it is to not smoke and why I should stop it.

   If all of these don't work, then try by starting it small. If you smoke every hour, then smoke for a time in 2 hours. If you smoke every thirty minutes, make it once every hour and etc. Believe me, it's what happened to me and what I did to stop it. I was smoking for more than 2 years for that moment and that was not easy to stop smoking when most of your friends still smoke like you were before and sometimes they still offer me to smoke one - JUST ONE! - but NO! I am not a smoker, why to smoke? I better enjoy drinking some beer with fish or peas. I had huge headaches sometimes after mixing beer with cigarette and I really didn't want to smoke sometimes, but it was a habit and I couldn't help it. I wanted it every hour. Gradually smoking less and less for 3 or 4 days and then stopping it completely helped me to get over it. You can do it too, I'm sure. Try it starting from today and tell me your best results!

So glad that you think in this way and decided to give up it-poisonous rubbish.Obviously,I also regard that everything based on person's brain,there are numerous people who say "I can't avoid this one,my body needs it" or such kind of ridiculous stuffs.Surely,these are only excuses,if you really want not to do it then everything will be clear.I've never smoked entire my life and don't intend to do in short term because don't want to kill my time with such kind of vain things.Thank you sharing,keep it up

    1. Thank you for sharing your opinion and keep it up too! By the way, these words I read from "Tao Te Ching" were very influential for my decision on cigarettes. These words are worth of keeping in my mind, because I am sure they will still play a big role in my life.
