Mind-Blowing Quotes That Shaped My Life

Today I'm gonna show you the quotes by the people who have had influence on me by the simple words they could write or say. Although it is hard to find the right words for the right situations and our feelings, some people could find them and show us that we can really change something by simple and sincere word. Check them out.

1. All of us had some problems in our lives. Some could be too hard to bear. Observing the time going slowly during those times... Dalai Lama's words helped me to take them easy, relax and just mindfully think of what I could do. Nothing to worry about.

“If you have fear of some pain or suffering, you should examine whether there is anything you can do about it. If you can, there is no need to worry about it; if you cannot do anything, then there is also no need to worry.”  (Dalai Lama)

Clear Your Thinking Data...

Sitting in front of computer for hours and complaining about your life, that you didn't do what you wanted to, is completely useless unless you take short, middle and long breaks while learning or doing your work. Concentration is a strong and very useful habit to deal with the work you want to do without procrastinating it for another moment. However all this information flow coming from different sources keep us completely without energy and pure mind. All the thoughts get messy again and they usually look like my hair in windy weather. That's why it is important to put all this mess aside and take another blank paper of mind to continue. It is like a draft which gets written over and over again and then you just get lost in it losing the important part. Our mind is not limited to some gigabytes or terabytes it can use trillions of papers without cutting woods in forests. It is pure miracle.
If we can understand it, why don't we stop for a minute and close all the tabs we have just opened? Why not to stop for 20 seconds and close your eyes until you hear that inner voice of creativity? There are so many programs in our computers which can clear temporary files, cache etc. But we forget to run these programs of our mind which don't need to be downloaded. It is already there. Clean up your brain and start with a new paper. See how your mind will flow like a water with pure relaxation. See how it works and keep doing what you really wanted to do.

Doing something we love sounds good, but if only we had time to do...

“I think and think and think, I‘ve thought myself out of happiness one million times, but never once into it.”  Jonathan Safran Foer

We all know how it sounds great to have a half an hour of meditation, at least ten minutes of reading, some minutes of playing our favorite instrument or just doing what I wanted for all these days and planned on previous month. But... It's all going all over as it was before and we keep planning what we have already planned. The circle is so small that it easily fits a whole month and then a year. What about it's gonna be all your life repeating these thoughts to yourself? How we call ourselves rebels and open minded when we have closed all the doors of hope? You go to bed and start thinking about your life again. You understand that you did nothing again, that it was all bullshit and you didn't progress to your goals.
