11 Challenges for 30 Days

Old habits die hard. To make new ones you have to start small and stick to it everyday without procrastinating, so it becomes a habit. What could be harder than doing something new everyday? Let's face it, life's best moments are the ones when you do something for the first time or do something you never thought you could. Why not now? Everyday we just think that tomorrow will bring something new and then maybe we'll be rich, we'll just be great and so on. It's not going to work out this way. And we already know it. We learned from our past. We have to challenge ourselves now.
Thinking is not enough. We need to act to bring changes. Think about it, how many times you have promised yourself something and didn't do it? We are getting less and less trustworthy to ourselves. We stop trusting our basic intuition and we continue just rationalizing everything we feel lazy to do. I noticed it and I want to get out of it. Now is the time.
That's what I decided for myself and here I came up with 11 things I will do during July month to get out of my comfort zone and get best out of myself.
  1. Write 750 words everyday
  2. Blog post each week
  3. Take at least one lesson from online courses
  4. Talk to at least one stranger everyday
  5. Take a photo a day
  6. Play guitar everyday for at least 10 minutes a day
  7. Write 10 articles for my new website
  8. Learn how to draw a human face in 30 days
  9. Don’t lie
  10. Don’t complain
  11. Meditate
This will be really hard, but I like it when I push myself for something. If I fail at least one of these things, I will give 50 AZN (approx. 64 $) to someone I don't know and post about it here in my blog.
